3) Your restaurant insurance carrier requires you to keep your hoods clean because not doing so is a dangerous fire hazard! They may cancel your insurance policy if your vent hoods are not cleaned

4) Your Houston landlord requires you to keep your restaurant hoods clean and roof top fan cleaned because it will damage the roof, fan, and exhaust system if you do not! They may charge you penalties on your rent if you cause damage to the roof!
